Processing and dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Our recent median time from order to dispatch was 1 day, based on orders shipped between 19 June and 17 September 2026. This is historical performance, not a guaranteed dispatch deadline. Processing can take longer during busy periods.

Delivery regions and methods

United Kingdom: Standard shipping is £2.99 and Express shipping is £4.99. The available options and final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

International shipping is available only to destinations accepted at checkout. We have Standard international rates configured for European Union destinations (£14.99) and selected other international destinations (£23.99). A configured rate does not mean every destination is currently available. Please check your delivery address at checkout before ordering.

Delivery timing

Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates rather than guarantees. Processing time is separate from the carrier's transit time. Delivery may be affected by busy periods, carrier disruption and, for international orders, customs clearance.

Tracking

Where tracking is available for your shipment, use the tracking details in your dispatch notification to follow its progress. If you cannot find your dispatch notification or need help tracking an order, email contact@saharafragrances.com with your order number.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you need to request a change, email contact@saharafragrances.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Changes may not be possible once processing or dispatch is underway.

Delayed deliveries

If your order has passed its estimated delivery date, or tracking appears stalled, please email contact@saharafragrances.com with your order number so we can investigate. You do not need to wait an additional five working days before contacting us.

International duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees, depending on the destination. Check your checkout summary for any duties or import taxes collected with your order. Additional charges not collected at checkout may be requested by customs or the carrier before delivery. Contact the destination's customs authority for information about possible charges.
